What did you actually do? What did you skip? If you're not locked in by now, I refund you. If you are, we go deeper: neurochemistry, nutrition fundamentals, training progression.
Week 3 · Call 3
Three weeks of your own data. I teach you the framework. You build your own 6-month plan. You also learn what supplements actually work and what's a waste of money.
Week 4 · Solo
No call. You execute your own plan for a full week. Then you send me your 6-month goal and summary. You're cleared — or I tell you what to fix. You close the loop.
